We had a similar discussion about these issues with our respective DMV's. I stood at the window and gave myself a thirty second time out while trying to process a title application for my 6x6. Woman looked me straight in the eye and said she didn't care what the Oregon Title contained for vehicle description or serial number. All she cared about was having a vehicle from Kelly Blue Book so she could levy the tax!!
