All this discussion reminds me of how disgusted I was about the disappearance of my NOS sender.I have a home office and when the sender arrived I put it, still in its box, on my desk which can develop a pile of papers. My Mother in Law is 96 and doesn't speak English. Everyday she walks throughout the house and picks up any drinking glasses and coffee cups. Also takes wastebaskets and dumps them then dry mops and spay mops all the hardwood floors. Sometimes I set things like file folders and NOS sending units on top of the waste basket. Later, when I got to the point of needing to install the NOS sender, I looked on the desk where I had left it, under some papers and it wasn't there. I never found it. One time I also discovered I was missing a file folder. At the kitchen counter I was opening mail and had several rent checks laying there when I got called away. Later the counter was cleaned up and I forgot about it for a couple hours and eventually retrieved the checks from the outside recycling container. She doesn't clean my office anymore, not because she listened to my wife's pleas to leave it alone, but she has just slowed down. She has been with us for 20 years after he husband died and I love her to death.,
