My local dealership's service dept has SUCKED for years. The next nearest one isn't any better. I drive an hour to get any of my vehicles serviced. My wife won't do that. She took her Jeep in for service under her lifetime warranty. They couldn't find the problem. I took the thing apart myself and easily found the problem. WE then took it back in so I could explain to them how to do their job. I was polite to the service manager but I didn't hold back on how I felt about their poor service over the years and their lack of quality technicians. They should have fired the clowns years ago and hired good people. It's recently come under new ownership and they are making lots of changes but I don't know if they got rid of the bad apples.
