The last new vehicle I bought was my '06 Dodge 2500 CTD. The salesman was a guy I have known for over 40 years, and I paid cash for the truck, so the deal went pretty smoothly. But the first time I went in for a service and I wasn't allowed to go back to the area where they were working on it was the last time I was there.
