- With the passing of AB5, freight carriers are required to assess private contractor freight carriers and make them employees if they meet the criteria, resulting in carriers cutting them loose. Wonder why we have a backlog of ships at the Port of Long Beach and others. I understand we are now up to 100 ships staged off port,
- New air regulations for trucks that many of the independent contractors trucks can't meet so they are moving out of state. Ports allowing trucks only 3 years and newer to enter.
- Liberal DA's releasing criminals way before they are due to get out and not charging offenders for serious crimes resulting in the revolving door,
- Allowing Illegal Aliens to run for Government Offices positions,
- Implementing Covid lock-downs, restrictions, small business killing measures,
- If Roe verses Wade is overturned, state will become abortion sanctuary state for abortions & travel paid by state.
- Electrical production facilities such as Nuclear being shut down resulting in interrupted service or rolling black outs,
These are just a few of the many reasons people are moving out to Red states for a better life, and unfortunately, they'll probably vote for the same party that drove them out of this state. What do they call that - Insanity
