The "popular" trucks seem to be the ones that have undergone the most modifications and/or are a modern truck built to look like a Power-Wagon, and these appear to becoming more plentiful and less "rare".
On the other hand, the restorations, survivors, and average condition trucks seem to be becoming "rarer" and less "popular".
Not trying to put down anyone's work, especially Dan's, who's I particularly admire, just making an observation.
The hobby appears to be in a continual state of change.
