scam seller

I think I have encountered a scam seller on Ebay. There was an ad PW parts for a 1948 PW complete for a starting bid of $4795 with no bids as of yesterday morning. I bib and won, but the seller has yet to provide any information of where to pick it up or how he wants me to pay for it. I have sent 2 requests for payment information with no response. Have not sent any money so he's got nothing other than wasted time and efert. says the truck is in Lancaster CA. but no address. Does anyone live there? guess I will chalk it up to a near miss. But watch out the scammers are everywhere.
