Ronald you win the prize for the best advise. I soaked that sucker overnight and rotated engine several times and checked valves through plug hole. When they all looked to be not sticking i put plugs in and cranked it. Fired right up and looked like a Pratt&Whitney R985 radial. Going to change oil and yes a can of Marvel mystery in fuel.
