The 606 is 34" long from the bellhousing to the front of the fan and 27" wide from the widest part of the intake manifold to the outside of the turbo. It kind of lays over on it's side so height probably isn't an issue.
the M37 230 I have in my shop is about 31" from bellhousing mounting surface to front of fan. might not be hard to get 3 inches by using the 60s PW core support arrangement
