Dual Booster Questions/Stuck Brake Issue

Hi All,

Have a 67 Wm300 with the under cab MC and dual booster setup under bed. I'm having an issue where the brakes lock up with the vacuum hose attached. When I remove and plug the main vacuum feed to the boosters the brakes free up.

Any thoughts on able and does anyone have any info or can point me towards a service manual that includes this setup? I don't see it in my manual.

Any help with be greatly appreciated!
