You know, nothing really sold for a ton of money but the guy had so much stuff…doesn’t take long to add up. He had 3 “restored vehicles :)” that went for like $150k for the three & then there were a few $5-$10k old muscle cars that were rusty but somewhat rare.
The only thing I saw that I should have bought was there was a 1965 or 66 F250 4x4 like Jerry Henry’s. They’re fairly rare in 4x4 & I had one when I was young. It was my daily driver for years. Those FE motors are good & generally great old trucks. I put at least 200k miles on mine & virtually did nothing mechanically to it.
So the one at auction had rust but you see good 2WD original trucks go for $3k with solid rust free bodies.
The 4x4 went for $1800. I should have bought it & stock piled it…I don’t have enough projects Bruce :)
