As others have stated, my condolences. Stay active but more importantly find someone to talk too. Being around children & grandchildren if you have them may help. We will all pass through that gate. I know nothing I can say will be of much comfort, but know that there are folks both here & elsewhere would be willing to just listen & help you in whichever way we can.
