You'll need several .005, .007 shims as well as a .020 or two to adjust the knuckles. If no one responds and VPW, MWM doesn't have NOS, check with Dave at the link, he might be able to pull some from a knuckle at a reasonable price. He will need these numbers:

CC-916855 - 0.005
CC-916856 - 0.007
CC-916857 - 0.020
