You bet! There is no reason to constantly look for new part numbers for the same part. If a manufacturer discontinues a part as long as someone else is manufacturing it, the old part number will interchange to the new part number, I see that with NAPA or other local suppliers. Even Greg's PW survival manual is fine with the part numbers in it, so as long as we have a part number for the part and it's still in production, we can find it. You're fine leaving what you have alone.
