Greetings, PW family and friends. We will be holding our 16th annual PW rally in West Virginia at Canaan Valley Resort State Park from October 8-10. There is currently one 4-bedroom cabin available and plenty of hotel-style lodge rooms available. The cabins and lodge have been recently remodeled and are lovely and comfortable. This is a road rally, leaving my house in Morgantown at 1pm Friday and arriving at Canaan Valley late afternoon, returning on Sunday. We will travel to beautiful places such as Spruce Knob (highest point in WV), Blackwater Falls State Park, and Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge, all on secondary paved roads or gravel Forest Service roads. Also planning to visit Still Hollow Distillery in Job, WV to sample their handcrafted spirits. This is a fairly informal family-oriented event. No registration required.
