The Gear vendor I had had an electric lockout. It wouldn’t engage in 4wd. It hooked in to the first Gen wiring that turns the light on the dash on. It would be easy to rig up on a truck that didn’t have a light…you’d just need to install a switch on your linkage. But in my opinion a gear vendor is to light of duty for a W500.
