220 grand for my Carryall and I would let it go.... But I would more than likely build another one. I would build it lighter - with more aluminum and maybe try out the 2.8 Cummins. I love my compound turbo 4bt but that puppy is noisy. I would also go for the Dana 60 high pinion axle. I think I would go for a hydraulic winch - the issues I have had with electric winches and the amount of time I have spent replacing solenoids I am done with electric winches.
The gauge panels would be removable - too hard to reach up behind the dash to work on stuff like bulbs - much easier to remove 6 screws and fold the panel forward.
I have a door and a window frame which is a start :)
