Looks like M-37 wheels as a little green still showing. I like the way they used M-37 parts on Power Wagons and Power Wagon parts on M-37 as an accepted repair back in the day. I'm actually (based on this photo) thinking of using extra M-37 wheels and the used NDT tires on my Power Wagon as it is truly a survivor as to using newer tires and repainting the original wheels.
