That trucks looks to be fairly solid. I can see what appears to be aftermarket overload springs on the rear and it may have factory turn signals on the mounts that were used only for a few years. The tread plate on the side of the bed looks like the pattern of raised squares that Omaha Standard used back in the day to build their bodies.
I would drive and use it.
