I had custom wheels made for the 46 I'm (perpetually) working on getting back together. When I checked with Boyce in 2019 they wouldn't do a 16 inch wheel, only 17 and up. They quoted $300 each for a .375" thick center and $345 for a .5" thickness.
I ended up going with Stockton Wheel to get 16 inch because I already had the tires ordered. They were $245 each plus $55 each to powder coat.
I don't think you could go wrong with either, but if you were also going to get tires Boyce should be able to give you a package deal.
