I do all myself not bad when you get the hang of it. I made a wood stand to set the wheel on when installing the tire and its easy to put the ring on after getting it started and standing on it and stamping it into place. I make sure everything is clean first and put a chain the tire in a few places and have a clip on chuck to put on before turning the air on and have a regulator to set the pressure where I want. For dismounting the tire I have a Harbor freight tire tool for the ring and a tire wedge to brake down the tire
