I am only 5'9 so wasn't too bad for me. i did grind off the corner of the framing right by the door handle because I hit my elbow on it once. hurt for weeks. never did again after grinding off that sharp point. Of the 5 or so that I have seen they were all built in early 50s. didnt know they made any in WW2
