Given the rarity of truly perfect trucks, perhaps you should consider finding a good builder and hiring one if the experts on this page to build it to perfection for you. I'm not one of those experts but there are several who have built some beautiful and correct examples of flat fenders. Just a thought.
Perhaps there is no one with the time to undertake such a project but if so, you may find yourself with a more accurate truck.
