Fortunately no one was hurt. Funny, where I work no officer goes home until our reports are complete (and available for the parties involved).
Unless the town where the police department is suffered an extreme incident (or the officer), there is no excuse for unfinished business. Especially accident reports, particularly ones that involve DWI's-with damage.
