No . The first time we encountered this is when the engine went out on our 60 C-500 Dodge and Dad wanted it on the road now . He went to Lubbock and picked up a new long engine from a Chrysler Warehouse ,a 318 Premium ,the year was 1970 and it was a poly . He makes a mad dash home and we went to work only to find there was a irreconcible difference . So he loads up and drives back to Lubbock for a bell housing and flywheel . I t seems that the back of the old engine was the same as an old Hemi .
