??? The most common way for fuel to get into the oil is a leaking seal/gasket at the fuel pump.
No matter how flooded your carb could be, the few ways for fuel to get into the pan would be a leak at the intake manifold gasket, allowing fuel into the valley, OR for the rings to be worn, allowing unburned fuel past the pistons.
