Manny,The Ind7 is an industrial 237.Yes you are correct as far as the rpm's are concerned.The problem you will have is fitting the engine in the truck.The block is 2" longer than the dodge/plymouth blocks.You will have to move your radiator forward to allow clearence for the fan.Good Luck
