1 ton front brakes

Are the front brakeshoes, springs and cylinders the same on M37s and flatfender civilians? Looks like my '61-68 W300s use the same shoes and springs as WM300s but wheel cyls. appear to be different. M37 and earlier flatfender front brake parts the same as '61-68 WM and W300s? Just trying to figure which parts I can use on my Sweptlines! Thanks
