OK.....Here is a unpowerwagon related question, maybe someone can help me....I have a 1990 Suburban with a 6.2 diesel and a automatic overdrive tranny. The 6.2 is using a lot of coolant and building pressure in the cooling system before the engine is hot= blown head gasket or cracked head. There is no water in the oil...yet. I have a 400ci small block in a 1980 Chevy, I would like to put this in the Suburban. I am worried about making the overdrive work behind this engine. I know it will bolt up, but what about electronics and stuff? Anybody done something like this? Any ideas?

PS The 6.2 L GM diesel was/is made for GM by Detroit Dsel, no connection to a big block Chevy except the bolt pattern.
