Being cut with plasma cutter material is not an issue, and setting for a larger or smaller cut-out is easy
If they have a table size large enough it can be made from a 4' x8' 1/2" plate or larger
Depending on distance from ground, size and structural value of Coppola with the ability to hold a max weight might be a limiting factor
Here I would want the Coppola and roof vane to hole up to at least 125 MPH wind speed as rated by fastest mile.
