Use 1/2" fender washers as shims to adjust the rear drive shaft angles to match about one degree.It will really help with noise and vibrations.Coincidentally, shimming for the rear also brought the intermediate angle in to symmetricity. Front driveshaft is not usually engaged, so who cares.

Also shim up the cab/replace mounts. Get it up off the frame at the front corner of the floor cut out.MUUUCH quieter that way.
