flywheel bolts

Hey guys I swear I have looked both on the internet and the PW manual I bought but can one of you guys tell me are the flywheel bolts supposed be hear towards engine or are the nuts on the engine side? What is the torque number for these bolts? On the other side I have the engine back together after rebuild and the clutch, bellhousing and transmission should be in by this weekend! Thanks much for the assist on the flywheel bolts
