rod cap washers

Hey guys I got my pistons prepped this morning and installed the #1 and was going to plastigauge the the rod journal and in looking at the cap it needs a washer under the rod nut. The parts book says it uses a lock washer (which I dislike) so I will probably use blue loktite in the rod bolts but I still need a flat washer to fill this depression do you guys know where I can get some of the right size diameter and thickness that fit in this area?
