I've checked my manuals and find no reference for the torque amount for those mounting screws. I'm not sure if they are grade 5 or 8, no markings on the bolt head, probably an 8, just not sure. I would think you would be ok using torque for a grade 5 bolt which is 75 foot pounds plain. Once they are torqued, mechanics wire will keep them from working loose.
