My wife’s brother lives in Texas and when we visited him I noticed almost every home that had a brick enclosed mail box was leaning one way or another, also they use a lot of brick towers in fence building down there and all those towers between the fencing are all leaning and they are only a couple of years old. Don’t you people learn that the ground moves and your not putting foundations deep enough? My brother in-laws hous also has foundation troubles, everyone down there needs to be more vigilant and point that poor quality workmanship out to there builders and inspectors!
