Sounds like your managing the crisis.

This is one of the Coldest weeks here I can remember.

Straight summer blend #2 Diesel fuel will
Start to jell at thirty degrees.
Bioblend is worse.

At 30 degrees it starts getting thick enough
To have trouble flowing through the filters
Especially if there old and partially restricted.

That's why in colder climates they blend it with #1 fuel, and cut the Bio ratio and also treat it.

I like Power Service products myself but a lot
Of people use Howe's treatment.
