They make some plastic guide things that go through the pan and gasket to help keep it in place - I have used the plastic screw thingies that go in drywall to keep a gasket from moving around, of course the fat end is on the pan side. Do some tests before laying under the truck and finding you can not get the guide out of the pan :)
