Two or three years ago,I bought some wheel cylinders from NAPA and I don't know if they were made in the USA or not, but what I liked about them was that the pistons were iron (or steel). That's better because the ones that have aluminum pistons are much more prone to galvanic corrosion, due to dissimilar metals (piston being aluminum and housing being cast iron). Just something to consider.
