Good point.
IT is a little tricky changing them out but it can be done. I had to do it with a crashbox tranny due to the slot in the shifter "ball" being worn out.
I prefer the looks, in a civvie PW, of the look of the civvie shifter over the M37 type (2 part) shifter handle.
