Not covered in the article is finding Cummins Diesels. I have no special place to suggest. I found 5 by word of mouth all in one place wanting a new home. Typically, unless your lucky, the Diesel will already be pulled and not able to be run. I would never buy sight unseen, from a unknown person. If the engine is on a pallet, little inspection can be done with out some disassembly, which the owner will probably not allow. Talk to the owner in person,
see if you feel comfortable or is it time to run fast.
If/When you start the project, I am willing to do phone calls with you that can flatten the Big Bumps.
