Mainly in the head area, but the blocks are different too. Poly have the exhaust ports evenly spaced. LA motors have the exhaust ports on the inner two cylinders (per bank) together. Parts are harder to get for poly but now it seems all Mopar isn't being stocked anymore......they do use same bellhousing bolt pattern.
