I actually have Ray’s (Helitool) under the floor brake conversion setup on my 51 PW. It very well done. It currently has a vacuum booster but I am thinking about going to a hydroboost. I think he only made maybe 4 or five of them. Mounting it was simple, it required one hole to be drilled in the crossmember and enlarging one running board support bolt hole. Then you had to enlarge the hole in the back of the brake peddle mount to run the push/pull rod through which connects to the same place on the peddle. The brake push rod becomes a pull rod that goes to a bell crank that turns the motion back to a push for the vacuum booster and master cylinder. Very simple system and very sturdy like everything Ray does. If you have a rear output on your PTO you need to use a smaller booster than he recommended. He designed it based on a truck that has a M37 NP420 with an M37 PTO with a front only output. My truck had an up to crash box in it with a PTO and there was some interference. Using a 7” booster solved the problem as it is much shorter. You cannot use the rear PTO output with his set up as tthe master cylinder blocks it.
