When I was 16, it was 1958 in Southern Calif. The first PW I actually saw for sale at that price was probably 1962. I had a 1951 Ford Woody that I sold then for $500. Big difference in then and now. Personally I liked "Then" a lot better than "Now". :) No computers, no cell phones.....surfing, BSAs and Triumphs, and girls, not necessarily in any particular order. Ha Ha
