I made a bushing driver out of an old axle shaft that was pitted and not really useable as an axle shaft. It looks nothing like the one pictured in the PIF.
I started the seals in the housing by themselves, and then followed with the new bushings.
Mine looks a bit more like the bushing driver in the FSM... but it is very crude by comparison. The PIF version is probably better at keeping the bushing straight.....
