I am anything but an expert on Hemi engines, but I thought that the 331 truck engine was actually a Dodge and not a Chrysler. I have only one Dodge Trucks Shop Manual that covers the Hemi engines. It lists the 331 as used in 2-3/4, 3, and 3-1/2 ton trucks. If I am not mistaken, the 241, 315, 331, and 354 truck Hemi engines are quite different from the Chrysler, Dodge, and DeSoto car counterparts.
