From what I can tell looking at the side of the PTO (looks to have the word arrow cast on it), if so, then it's an Arrow Gear PTO made by Arrow Gear or the Sacks Co who bought Arrow Gear. Both are no longer making the PTO, and parts are very rare. You might want to look for a standard Detroit Harvester PTO made for the NP420 trans., parts are a little easier to find or go with a Chelsea if you need and can't find parts for the Arrow.
