I needed lower rear door posts for my carryall, I bought the back half of a PW cab and cut out what I needed. Dodge used the same sheet metal parts in numerous trucks.
If your not doing the metal work yourself, I would consider buying complete new doors. They were advertised here recently. Not cheap but with the labor involved in rebuilding the door bottoms it will probably make more than buying the new doors.
