My 48 Powerwagon had a life as a Volunteer Fire Dept. Brush Truck. In it's life the front end of the frame was replaced about 13 inches behind the front pan. It's stick welded together on a straight splice. No it's not perfect but it lasted A lot of years. My Question is I was thinking about bolting a plate on the inside of the frame @ 8 inches long. On the drivers side I would add it to the end of my power steering bracket I made for the Saginaw box. Just looking for ideas on a bolt pattern or other ideas. Alan
