All the 3/4 tons and FFPW use the same bushing (C-924249). Although I haven't measured one, this s/b the specs as listed by part suppliers. Those bushings for the M37 fit tight in the housing, but overtime, friction of the axle at high speeds could cause the bushing to spin. You shouldn't have to do anything to the bushing or axle housing trunnion prior to driving the bushing in.
