A friend of mine has the same issue with his 230. The machinist installed brass expansion plugs instead of steel. They all leaked so we added a bottle of AlumAseal and that has sealed the leaks. If your machinist installed Brass, then you might want to give them a hit to tighten them up or have your machinist do it. The only one you can't get to is the one at the rear of the block so it doesn't give you a real secure feeling. If you have a pressure cap, go to non-pressure. I'm hoping over time, his will oxidize from the coolant and stay put.

Anyone having a 230 rebuild should specify to your machinist to use steel plugs.
